products upon return of the jewelry goods within
14 days of the receiving date. Please review the
following simple steps for the return and refund
of products: To ensure a timely refund to your
account, please return the purchased item with
completed Aftersale Service Form, jewelry gift
box and free gift (if any) to us immediately.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping
cost with any returned items. Any item engraved,
customized design and silver product is not subject
to our return policy. Please be advised that it
is the customer's responsibility to bear any shipping
fees incurred for any returned items.
- We
will charge 10% for if you have failed to return
all the necessary item. 10% process fee will be
charged for all returned product.
- The
price for exchange product should be higher or equal
to the returned product, and has to be an item listed

- Refunds
will be processed within three weeks upon receipt
of returned products that are deemed by us to be
in good condition. Damaged products will not be
refunded nor will they be returned to you. Please
be advised that we do not refund shipping and handling
fees on any refunds. We only refund to credit cards
or debit card of purchaser the total value of products
purchased. If your order was placed together with
a free gift, you are required to return the free
jewelry gift in order to be entitled to the refund.
In case the free gift is not returned with the purchased
goods, 10% of the value of the purchased products
will be deducted from the refund. You will be notified
by email when the refund transaction has been completed,
or you may log into your account for detailed refund
